Evaluation
An empoyee who has received a positive (non-negative) resut on a DOT alcohol or drug test is required to see a DOT Qualified SAP for an evaluation.
Return to Duty Process
The return to duty process is optional. Employees may choose not to return to a safety sensitive job. However, if the empoyee chooses to return to a safety sensitive position, they will need to follow the DOT return to duty process.
